Living Leadership™

Overview

Successfully releasing the talent and full potential of individuals in the workplace is a key priority for those in leadership positions at every level. Living leadership teaches leaders how to realease, focus and benefit from that potential. The unique, modular program spans up to 14 days and is written to provide quidance to those with responsibility for others. The program covers the skills required of first line managers up to the executive level and is practical, relevant and engaging.

Living Leadership is a complete leadership development system, which employs Eagle's Flight Content Retention Model. This model includes:

On Line Pre-course 360† surveys
The Nine Modules of Living Leadership
E-mail Reinforcement Message
Personalized Phone Coach/or Executive Level breakfast or lunch visit
Refresher (company specific case studies, scenario analysis)

On Line Post 360† surveys (on going for 18 months)

The system is completely modular. You can pick and choose elements that fit your particular needs. Also, tailoring or complete customization of modular elements is also an option.

Duration:9 modules taught in 1 or 2 day blocks for a total of 14 days, over 2 years. 
Audience:Selected group of 20 to 30 leaders. Ideally a group of leaders are targeted for Train-the-leaders facilitation training.
